Description

Principle:
The essence of OPT technology is to maintain a high stable level of power flow throughout the pulse. In IPL systems without OPT, the pulse power constantly drops during its delivery, therefore, to ensure effective fluence, it is necessary to increase the power at the beginning of the pulse. Such systems produce a "triangular" pulse at the beginning of which the power is high, and at the end it drops to values at which the effect becomes ineffective. Such IPL systems can be effective at a sufficiently high peak power, but treatment procedures for pigment and vascular dyschromia on systems without OPT technology are fraught with pronounced side effects and discomfort. The thoughtful design of the xenon lamp and its power control, which form the basis of OPT technology in the OPT device, allow you to deliver a pulse of constant power. Thanks to this, the necessary effective fluence is delivered to the tissues without the need to "jack up" the power at the start of the pulse. Such an effect is generally much more gentle, safe and comfortable.

Vacuum Technology:
This technology consists of the following: a skin sector with hair follicles located on it is drawn into the cavity of the handle under the action of a vacuum. The following processes occur:
Firstly, due to stretching, the epidermis becomes thinner and less colored with melanin, which can screen radiation;
Secondly, local vasoconstriction occurs, and hemoglobin in the microvessels also begins to shield the radiation to a lesser extent;
Thirdly, the radiation reaches the follicles not only from above, as with a conventional handle, but also from different sides, so more photons reach each follicle than with the classic method. Thanks to all this, even at maximum energy values and when treating delicate areas, patients feel only heat during the procedures.
